📦 Shipping Information

At Miluca, each duvet cover is made to order with care and precision. Please allow 7–14 business days for production and dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the UK and selected international destinations.

Delivery Times

UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. International delivery times may vary.

Calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

🔄 Return Policy

Because our duvet covers are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or issue with your item.

If you believe your product is faulty or incorrect:

  1. Contact Us First: Submit a message via the Contact Us form.
  2. Obtain a Return Number: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Return Instructions: Once you receive your RAN, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Please note:

  • • Returns without a valid RAN will not be accepted.
  • • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
